Jazzie Dash was born and raised in Waco Texas, is a disciple of Jesus Christ, a corgi mama, and 1st Assistant Director. Jazzie began her filmmaking journey by winning a $30,000 scholarship competition to attend film school. In 2017, Jazzie became a full-time freelancer. She cultivated her craft by working as a PA on commercials in DFW while also working as a 1st AD on low-budget indie shorts. With the best of both worlds, she has worked on projects as 1st Team PA for the TV series "1883", Art Coordinator for "The Unbreakable Boy," and 1st AD for "Vindication" seasons 2-4. She is currently working on a TV series titled "Sugarcreek Amish Mysteries".
