B.J. Forman began his career in the performing arts at age five and quickly developed a passion for theatre that led him from local children's programming in Philadelphia to an expansive and dynamic career in stage production. After moving to South Florida, he honed his skills through high school and college while directing summer camp productions and immersing himself in community theatre. He worked extensively across South and Central Florida, taking on roles ranging from performer to director, musical director, scenic artist, and stage manager at notable theatres including The Royal Palm Dinner Theatre and The Actor's Repertory Theatre. He was also nominated for a Carbonell Award in Musical Direction for Guys and Dolls.

Forman's national and international touring credits are vast, having worked on productions such as The Wizard of Oz, The Little Mermaid, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and The Phantom of the Opera. He has stage-managed at Walt Disney World, the 1996 Olympics Cultural Arts Festival, and on Broadway for revivals like 42nd Street, as well as touring productions of Avenue Q, Grease, and Mamma Mia!. A key figure in the Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS campaign, Forman helped raise over a million dollars. More recently, he stage-managed Million Dollar Quartet, The Sound of Music, and worked on the Broadway production Thoughts of a Colored Man.
