At his core, Fogarty’s heart is to see people discover who they are because of Christ. Having been on staff at several churches throughout the years, as well as traveling and speaking in itinerant ministry for over two decades, Fogarty developed a deep desire to see discipleship become a prominent part of his life. In response, the Fogarty’s purchased an old high school
building and founded a discipleship training center that has seen hundreds of young adults flourish in their faith journey. In 2012, he and his wife also launched Red Letter Management Group, a company positioned to influence, mentor, and serve many of the biggest names within the touring and management arenas of the Christian music industry.
As an extension of this mission, Fogarty has continued to receive many opportunities for Kingdom impact, such as serving as VP of Talent for The Chosen, Head of Talent at Come and See, as well as a Producer at Milk & Honey Studios, home to the new streaming series The Promised Land.
Yet at the end of the day, Fogarty is a family man. He and his wife, Lindsay, take immense joy in their eight children (five by birth and three by adoption) and five grandchildren.
