Captain Whitney serves as a Salvation Army officer at the Cameron County Corps in Harlingen, Texas. Bringing 11 years of dedicated service to the organization, she has impactful leadership experience spanning four distinct appointments across the Lone Star State.

 

Prior to commissioning, she utilized her creative talents in graphic design within the Youth Department at The Salvation Army Headquarters in Dallas. Academically, Whitney earned a foundational education from Evangeline Booth College in 2015 alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry from Trevecca Nazarene College. Outside of ministry and community service, she is an avid painter who enjoys exploring artistic expression and loves spending time with her dog, Jax.
