Nicole Jones is a native of the Pittsburgh area. After attending Point Park University where she obtained both a BA in Dance and BA in History, she moved to Jerusalem, Israel to work with Vertigo Dance Company before returning to Pittsburgh and dancing with Reed Dance (former August Wilson Center Dance Ensemble). Following this she moved to New York City to work for NYU Law while freelancing with New York based choreographers. This led to her first Broadway show onboard Norwegian Cruise Line, "Swing!".

 

Nicole has since continued working in both concert and commercial dance. Broadway credits include the national tours of "Legally Blonde", "An American in Paris", and "South Pacific". She is the Associate Choreographer for the 2022-2023 national tour of Legally Blonde, as well as the London production of "Afterglow". Concert dance credits include: Vertigo Dance Company, Reed Dance, Awakening Movement, Dance Action, Shana Simmons Dance, Alison Chase/Performance. Locally, she choreographed the Western Pennsylvania premier of "Alice By Heart."

 

Nicole teaches and choreographs locally in the Pittsburgh tri-state area with dance and theater schools as well as community, semi-professional, and professional theater.
